2.0− The house is very dirty and it smells funny. The gas grill is dirty and greasy.The stove's oven is messy and dirty, the top of the stove looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The bedding was white, but now it's beige. There is a leak in the living area, everything was soaking wet when it rained. House 3001 needs a good cleaning and renovation. It's a messy house, and if I see Top Destinasions is handling the rental I'll definitely think twice.
The stay was acceptable, but we stayed in better houses at San Lameer.

3.0I don't often write critical reviews but, honestly, there's not much in the way of positive remarks to say about this accommodation.
− From the moment you enter this accommodation you are welcomed by a dank musty scent and a feeling of general tiredness in regard to upkeep. There is clearly a lack of good ongoing housekeeping and cleaning. The lounge suite is extremely uncomfortable and we actually took bed throws from the bedrooms to place over it before we sat on it. There is evidence of damp and mould in some rooms which is a health issue. The gas braai looks like it's never been cleaned, both inside and out, totally covered in fat and grease. We used the coal braai after having to look for some bricks/stones on which to balance the grill. The kitchen sink needs to be replaced and there is a lack of serving dishes, bowls and microwave dishes. The patio needs a re-paint and the handrails have black mildew/streaks all along them. These are a selection of some things that made our stay disappointing and are not exhaustive. All I can say is that I would definitely NOT book this unit again and it unfortunately rates as the worst accommodation I have booked via Booking.com. Definitely not the standards you would expect in an estate/resort of San Lameer's reputation.
