5.0The bed was really comfortable, I give them that.
− Washroom was a bit unexpected to me. There were used toiletries in the bathtub. Makes the bathroom unsanitary. No rugs - prone for slipping. No hand soap Bath towels were provided but some of them have light stains. Kitchen looks clean but in the drawers lots of unorganized kitchenwares, dont know where are the silverwares and plates are. Fridge has some bottles that looked like it has been there for more than weeks. Would definitely book a hotel next time. Will pay $10-20 difference to get a better accommodation.
NOT WORTH THE STAY
1.0The location was going to be ideal for our stay in London, but the rest of the situation was a nightmare.
− We showed up around 8pm. As soon as we walked in, we could see there were quite a few rooms, but this was not like a hotel. The walls were extremely thin, and because it was a shared bathroom, it was not very clean. They also advertise free parking, but the driveway is a tight “one lane” that supposedly fits three cars. Someone was already parked there, so I would have had to block them in. Plus that would have left space to block me in as well. We sent a message to the owner first thing the next morning. They proceeded to ignore us for 3 days and then say that they could not refund due to the fact cleaners had already cleaned. Which was absolutely ridiculous because we walked in, discussed options for about 5 minutes and left. We did not use or touch anything. I’ve used the booking app for years now, and they have definitely lost a customer. We spent 3 days trying to get a fair resolution and all they offered was a $15 credit. They said that because they could not get in contact with the owner of the property, there was nothing they could do for us. So I guess if you pay through the app to rent a property, all the property owner has to do is ignore any concerns or communication from booking representatives, and they can get away with taking your money and continuing to use the app.
