− The place smells horrible, also the reception guy as soon as he enters the room he comes with a horrible smell I doubt he baths , and the room is not the same as the picture

− 1. Given a room I didn't book for. 2. Shared shower and toilet. 3. windows handles not closing properly. 4. No wifi / no one will give you access if there is one. 5. My wife meet with a naked man from shower while she is going toilet. 6. Lied about the room I booked that someone extended their stay. 7. Room light got no On/Off switch. 8. After shower no mat on the door to avoid slappery almost fell. 9. Thorn blankets felt like street kid. 10. Deodorant spray used soon we arrive to cancel the smell but then after a while...
