9.0Quiet location. Short drive to shops, public transport, freeway. Garage was handy with direct access to house making unpacking/packing a snap. We chose this house as a central point between airport, our family gathering at Bendigo, and function at Ballarat the next day. Excellent communication by host.
− A baking dish/tray and salad bowl would be useful for longer stays if people are eating in.

8.0Plenty of space. Not on top of each other. Garage direct into house. Firm, comfy beds.
− Not much in kitchen, minimal dishwasher tablets, no mixing bowls etc. No broom. Couch fits only 3 or 4, although house sleeps 8.
