A NO SHOW gone very very bad after approach to enter

We were humiliated and disrespected by owners who didnot welcome us. They didn't want to come downstairs to acknowledge us. Yet they called law enforcement to speak in Spanish and we never got to understand that my reservation was confirmed after about an hour standing at the gate while they watched upstairs, someone eventually came down to speak. The officers saw the problem was the language and assisted to help. That's when someone came down. They said they were NOT expecting us. I showed officers on my phone that the reservation was confirmed. Eventually we went to the back entrance. The officers stay to make sure no harm to anyone while sitting in their truck. They saw that the owners were very rude and demanded that we may pay our payment in the parking lot. It was horrible!! He asked do you have $217.00. I said yes. It's in my luggage. He said take it out or you cannot pass the door to come in. I asked if we could go inside let's do this professionally because my things will be all over the parking lot. The woman came out and acted as if she didn't know any English. I asked again if we could go inside. He said no money first. I said I will not open my belongings in the street. The officers left. We got into the taxi and returned back to the bus terminal. This was a NO SHOW gone very very bad. I want to check on my refund to make sure my account is not deducted.

− As I've said previously, this is a NO SHOW gone very very bad. The owners would not acknowledge my presence and demanded we show that we CAN afford this place or we cannot enter. I NEVER book a place where I cannot afford The attitude of the owner was from the street. I was warned about the city of Machala the day before to be very careful.

We arrived at the place. The owners didn't acknowledge us. Called law enforcement. We were humiliated and treated horribly and disrespectfully. This is considered a NO SHOW requesting Total Refund.
