− Il nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento lo scorso agosto è stato un completo disastro. Si tratta di un appartamento seminterrato con un forte e persistente odore di umidità in tutta la casa. Come se non bastasse, il giorno del nostro arrivo una delle camere da letto era completamente inagibile a causa di una grave perdita d'acqua che cadeva dal soffitto. In seguito abbiamo scoperto che il problema era dovuto ai lavori di ristrutturazione in corso nell'appartamento al piano terra, proprio sopra di noi. Come se non bastasse, lo spazio esterno è stato una grande delusione. Il patio era molto sporco e trascurato. Come se non bastasse, le sedie da giardino e il divanetto erano coperti di peli di gatto, il che li rendeva del tutto inutilizzabili. A causa della scarsa pulizia, non abbiamo potuto usare il patio per rilassarci o cenare all'aperto. Prima di accogliere nuovi ospiti, sono assolutamente necessarie una pulizia adeguata e la manutenzione degli arredi da giardino. La gestione e il servizio clienti sono stati inesistenti. All'inizio l'unico modo per contattare l'host era tramite la piattaforma di Booking. Nonostante gli avessi chiesto esplicitamente di contattarmi su WhatsApp, lo ha fatto solo dopo tre giorni dall'inizio del soggiorno. Abbiamo sprecato l'intero primo giorno di vacanza a rincorrere stressati sia il proprietario che la persona responsabile dell'appartamento, la quale si è rivelata del tutto inutile e ha affermato di non poter fare nulla per la perdita. Per coronare il tutto, ricevere assistenza da Booking.com è stato un incubo. È quasi impossibile riuscire a parlare con un operatore umano e non ci è stata offerta alcuna sistemazione alternativa o soluzione immediata. Sconsigliamo vivamente questo posto. Ha rovinato l'inizio del nostro viaggio tra amici.

* It had just the right amount of rooms, beds, and bathrooms for the 5 adults staying there (1 couple) * Living room decor fun * Nice to have access to washer machine and full size fridge * Dalston is convenient location near awesome restaurants and coffee shops * Host was nice In summary: Some discomfort but overall fine(ish). We would not choose to stay here again. The photos are probably what the place looked like a year or 2 ago, it made us wonder the last time there had been a proper clean rather than quick sweep. It also made us wonder the last time the host actually inspected the property for a quality check. Also the rooms had clearly been photographed to make the rooms more spacious. The location was convenient but on a major intersection so not a place for light sleepers!

− * YouTube link to tour didn’t work and host didn’t responded to our request for a working link or some other way to receive info about the flat - there was no “manual” * Trash in flower pot by entrance * Trash in patio * One toilet not flushing properly * Another toilet was so close to the bathtub it made it uncomfortable to use * No drawers for clothes and few surfaces in general for things (like toiletries) or hooks (for jackets) - we were living out of our suitcases for a week! * Rooms generally smaller than appear in pictures * A bottle of water in the fridge had already been opened * Door to patio in bedroom not locked and no key (this was later fixed by host) * Mirror in one bedroom was falling apart which looked tacky * Floors were dirty - especially in the corners clearly not been touched. * Rugs clearly not vacuumed, as crumbs and dirt from lord knows when * Several black flies around the house, found one resting on my towel in the bathroom yuck! * VERY loud from vehicular and foot traffic in 2/3 bedrooms * Really loud banging upstairs during the day from renovations (we wish we were at least informed or given a warning about this) * Some of the beds uncomfortable with a dip in them * Huge pile of trash at the front, which would be the view from one of the bedrooms window (from renovations upstairs, which again would have been great at least to have been warned about this) * The oven was so dirty it smelled bad * There weren’t any instructions for working the appliances, once we got tv working it cut off due to network issues. When asked how to use it the host said “its simple” but was little help * Wobbly chairs at the dining table * It was also not very comforting to see a whole pile of unopened mouse traps under the sink * One of the bathrooms smelled so damp and ventilation system was poor * sunken light fixture hanging from the living room ceiling * ⁠bedroom window lock (off from the patio) broken right off * ⁠fake plants full of dust

La casa cumplió completamente con las espectativas. Tiene tres dormitorios y tres baños en buen estado. Estuvimos 6 personas cómodas, 4 adultos y 2 niños. El menaje muy bien para hacer cenas y desayunos que fue básicamente para lo que lo usamos, cuenta con los básicos de sal, aceite, azucar... También tiene los electrodomésticos en buen estado. WIFI funcionó bien en todo momento. Y sobre todo una magnifica comunicación con la dueña/encargada, que incluso nos dió algunos consejos sobre los servicios de alrededor. No tuvimos ningún problema por lo que no necesitamos ninguna ayuda mas avanzada. Muy contento con la experiencia.

− Creo que se olvidaron de arreglar el patio y no estaba preparado a nuestra llegada. Pero vamos que lo barrimos le pusimos una alfombra de exterior que tienen alli y se quedó solucionado. Es un patio muy agradable.
