1.0The property was well located
− We were given a different apartment than the one we rented. The company gave us apartment 22 instead of apartment 44. When we arrived to the apartment and realized we got a very old apartment instead of the one in the photos, we contacted the company, but we were told that was the only thing available and did not even offered an apology. Because it was a Holiday weekend, all hotels were sold out and we had no choice but to stay in this old apartment.

− - Comunicação e suporte: nos informaram o apartamento errado. Chegamos às 23h e tivemos que acionar o suporte via whats, pois não conseguíamos abrir o apartamento. Fomos então informados sobre a comunicação incorreta, com certa rapidez. Contudo, no dia seguinte tive um problema com vizinho que ocupou minha vaga no estacionamento. Tentei contato às 23h com suporte, mas fui respondido apenas no dia seguinte: ou seja, o carro dormiu na rua - Teto do banheiro: precisa de uma pintura. Parece mofado - Prédio em obras e com estrutura bem antiga
