5.0The area and the unit was private
− The bedding was not changed prior to arrival and had a musty smell. For an 8 sleeper unit there was only one parking bay. The paddle boat didn't work properly and we had to end that activity prior to the allocated time. The life vest smelt of perspiration which is not hygienic.
Overall Good with a few improvements to property required

4.0− No towel replacements over the weekend. We advised that we had 2 vehicles but there was parking for 1. We were not given info on where to park the 2nd vehicle.

8.0The location was peaceful. The unit was well kept, clean and comfortable
− There was no dishwasher For a 4 bedroom unit there was only 1 TV Add a dishwasher and , 1 more big screenTV in the main bedroom Insufficient couches in lounge for a 4 bedroom unit
it was AWESOME!!
8.0There were a few broken items when we arrived, which we immediately reported. these included the drawers in the fridge and freezer, the shower outlet and the cupboard with towels was open. we were later accused, by an extremely rude young man, of breaking the shower, and 'breaking INTO the towel cupboard. i have never broken into anything in my life and was extremely insulted by this. I did report the way we were spoken to, to the San lameer chief of security. the pictures of the unit on the site make it look much bigger than it actually was, but it was still lovely.
