1.0Die Lage der Unterkunft ist herrlich. Das Gesamtgelände ist herrlich. Terassenförmig ist das Gelände nutzbar
− Seit kurzem gibt es eine Baustelle unmittelbar an das Grundstück angrenzend. Die Bananenplantage, die im westlichen Teil des Geländes (in Blickrichtung Meer rechts) ist gerodet und es gibt eine Baustelle. Hier soll wohl etwas gebaut werden. Die Einsamkeit und Abgeschiedenheit ist dann wohl vorbei. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es ununterbrochen Baulärm, Staub und Geruch vom Diesel des Baggers. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden weitere Baumaßnahmen statt, die zur entsprechender Lärmbelastung führt. Insgesamt scheint der Bereich um das Anwesen mit weiteren Baumaßnahmen überzogen zu werden.

10.0Recently stayed in this property. The communication before arrival was clear and helpful , we were met at the property after agreed time by friendly helpfully staff . The villa is very well kept with a fantastic location .
Beautiful location, terrible customer care, smells of drains
4.0The location was beautiful and the chap who met us at the property on arrival was superb. A great start to our stay. The heated pool was excellent, in fact the full area at the rear of the property was great.
− One of the bathrooms smelled quite badly of drains. 2 Air conditioning engineers and a woman arrived unannounced at the property on our last evening as we were about to have dinner and tried to fix the a/c for nearly 3 hours (and failed). They were constantly in and out of the property and ruined our final evening. The fact we were only there for 4 days made this feel worse. The customer care I have received since complaining about the intrusion has been abominable. In fact Rui has since messaged me and accused me of being untruthful and retaliatory and threatened to report me. If I was either of those things I would have given a score of 1.

10.0Расположение самое лучшее. Самая солнечная сторона острова. Вокруг отсутствие шума и соседей только банановые рощи и океан. Бассейн с подогревом и красивым видом на океан. На кухне есть все необходимое. Однозначно рекомендую. При следующем посещении Мадейры, только эта вилла 🙌
