very poor experience

− This was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. After booking, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional non-refundable deposit, which was not clearly stated in advance. Without paying this extra fee, we were not allowed to check in. As a result, we were unable to stay at the property at all. Communication was extremely poor — our calls were not answered, and no proper assistance was provided. The staff attitude was rude and unprofessional, showing no respect for guests. Despite not being able to check in, we were also refused a refund. This is completely unreasonable and unfair.

Flat was nicely furnished with plenty of facilities for self catering. The shower and toilet were modern and easy to use with enough toiletries provided.

− The property was undergoing a facelift and the building was surrounded by scaffolding. The bed was too firm for my liking. There was no TV aerial meaning you couldn't watch terrestrial television channels.

Location was perfect, staff were great and the property was clean and comfortable.

Great location and met our needs. However, the flat needs maintenance and thorough spring cleaning.

Close to tube station, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.

− No hard copy manual with instructions. Had to request check in instructions from property manager. Manager seemed unfamiliar with the property when she communicated by email. Although held responsible for damage, there was no inventory of what was already damaged or in need of repair. The process to document the state of the flat required considerable time. Not informed that the building was a fire hazard and that the mandated remediation to remove the flammable siding had not yet been removed. Was going to be charged a fee to use clean set of sheets and towels for a stay of 12 nights. By the time I received a reply from the property manager that the fee would be waived, we had 3 nights left. Kitchen and bathroom cupboards are in need of spring cleaning.

Comfortable Stay at a nice location...cleanliness can be better

The space is nice and large for a 2 week stay. Beds are comfortable, view (atleast from our apartment) is good, location is very good, close to tube and bus. Its a comfortable stay. Host Patricia is very responsive

− It seems someone stays in the apartment, so you could find some old used toiletries around, we were promised one paid cleaning during our stay only to realize that it was before we arrive (really?, else you expected us to stay in an unclean apartment) and there was a mattress, maybe to use as excess, but it was really filthy.
