Very quiet area. Easy parking directly outside the property. Convenience stores, petrol station and pub/ take out within minutes walk. Sizeable dog friendly garden and completely enclosed. Shower fab. For the most part we'll equiped

− Kitchen items need attention. Not that clean and some items unfit for purpose. Knives poor quality and bent when used. NO SHOWER MAT for the bottom of the bath. Furniture in the bedrooms very budget and starting to show it.. A poof would be nice in the living room. Effort has been made to make this property pleasent but could be improved upon. I've paid considerably less for superior properties with greater attention to detail. Meh.

Bungalow was clean , comfortable, and quiet. We were visiting family location was excellent. The drive is very steep, so we parked outside on the road plenty of spaces and free . We also went to Exmouth Beach and Budleigh all close by .

Great Winter Break

Found the property easily enough on route from Exeter and check-in straight forward. The Property Manager, John, in ready contact with clear instructions and seemed very open to questions. Nice modern property with easy parking on the road. Nicely tiled kitchen and bathroom and comfortable living room. All immaculately clean throughout. We appreciated the welcome pack of milk/tea and coffee etc. Enclosed garden which was great for the dog and would be good to sit out in the summer. Tesco Express, Coop, various takeaways and a dog friendly budget pub only a couple of minutes walk. A little park with a children's play area just down the road. (although a little muddy this time of year). Only 10 minutes drive to Exmouth with lovely beaches and eateries. I did notice a bus to Exmouth stopped a few yards away from the property which would be handy when parking gets difficult in high season. This was a great area to stay for visiting our daughter at Exeter Uni

− Only 1 small bath towel provided per person.(could have done with 2) Mattresses and pillows need updating
