It was private and local to where I wanted to be

− Couldn't use the garden furniture it was covered with ants and couldn't watch the TV as it had weak signal or no signal at all

Very good location, for Snetterton circuit, very quiet ,clean and comfy. easy to find .

Excellent find, great location, lovely and quiet but close to shops and pub. Really enjoyed sitting in the outside area, had everything we needed, even a little hamper on arrival which was a huge bonus.

DO NOT STAY HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU SUFFER FROM ASTHMA OR ANY SIMILAR DISEASE.

Before arrival the host did keep in contact. The place was well situated for morning dog walks and close to local amenities

− The place was dusty and in some parts unhygienic. Behind the television had not been cleaned for a while and was very dusty, the door blinds were attached to the glass doors and hence there was a build up of condensation and mould,and the toaster was not fit for purpose and in my opinion should of been condemned, I cannot imagine how it was thought that it was suitable for use. If I had not had numerous things booked and would have lost a lot of money I would not of stayed there. I also had a dog with me so it would of been difficult to find alternative accommodation. On return I had to be treated for a lung infection of which this was the cause, The host originally offered a £75 refund but due to the resulting bad health my stay here caused, I asked for 50%. Since this time she has totally ignored and not answered any attempts of contact from both myself and Booking.com have made to contact her. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE ASTHMA OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF IMMUNE SYSTEM PROBLEM. Photos of evidence are available on request..

Comfortable. Tiny bit noisy at the time I stayed. Lovely property with everything you need.

The property has a small courtyard style garden which is nice as it is shade for a large part of the day. This was handy as I was there through the June heatwave. Elizabeth had left some essentials in the kitchen which was appreciated. There were plenty of nice areas to walk the dog within easy reach of the property and it felt safe to walk out at night. Communication was very good with Elizabeth via messages. I was able to book in earlier on my arrival day with a quick response to my message request. Fab shower room. Great shower.

− Unfortunately I was unwell with a cold during my stay and spent more time in the property than expected. There was work being completed on what I believed was the owners home and it became quite noisy at times. Obviously if I had been out and about more this would not have been such an issue but maybe to be notified work was being carried out would have been advisable. There is a microwave but no oven, I didn’t read the description properly and took things that needed to be oven cooked so just be aware. The kitchen is otherwise very functional and well equipped.

Everything went to plan with our stay, key safe worked and the welcome pack was nice, thank you very much.

Very well thought out in good location for what we wanted. Very quiet in nice setting

− I’m a vary tall man and I’m not that good with a double bed, having said that the bed was comfortable
