− -Cleanliness of the property was not up to par -I think cleaning the properly should be available for any stay above 2 nights -there should be a delivery parcel box on the entrance gate to allow any deliveries to be dropped there given that there’s no lobby - bathroom supplies should have been provided more than the small sample they gave

− The check in times are not flexible for international travellers. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, and if you are carrying a heavy suitcase because you are staying for a long time, it's very difficult to get the suitcase to the 3rd floor. I think the host needs to notify the guests. The shower door in the second bathroom was a bit small fo us..

10.0This apartment was wonderful; the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and communication was excellent. Daniel facilitated a smooth check-in and check-out process. The location is superb, with easy access to buses and the underground. I highly recommend this accommodation.

10.0Excellent location. Close to the underground station. Quiet at night. Comfortable setup and furniture. Very spacious apartment for four of us (three adults and one teenager).

10.0A very understanding host . Communication was Excellent. We were met on arrival and checked up on during our stay. We were also allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment as our flight only departed in the evening .
