− The checkin process was horrendously difficult. We never did see a person and had to get the door reset remotely so we could access our room. There was no human interaction. So frustrating. Also, the resort fee popped up at the last minute. Why wasn’t it included in the initial cost? It was an unpleasant experience.

9.0My son and I were there to ski two days. We have stayed at Grand lodge before but this was the first time with a king size Murphy bed, which worked out well. Had some issues with the lock until we saw the video.
