7.0It's location. And cleanliness, also the thoughtful extras.
− The bed was to big for the bedroom and couldn't work out how to use the cooker. A simple microwave would probably been better.
Brilliant appartment great location would recommend.
9.0Great location good for the buses and the trains. Well equipped with everything you would need. Nice to have a selection of games if you wanted them. Show was excellent plus plenty of hot water. Nice to have a pint of milk for the well needed cup of tea on arrival.
− The entrance hall and stairs look a bit tired but didn’t detract from the appartment be well maintained so do let that put you off. A little tight down one side of the bed I managed to stub my toes several times until putting a cushion down to avoid this.

9.0Extremely convenient central location, close to station and harbour. Comfortable and quiet apartment. Although we largely didn't self cater, the flat is very well provided to do so. Good communication with the owner.
− Hardly a "not like', but the sofa is not very comfortable, and the key locker is very fiddly. Something for booking.com rather than the owners...their messaging facility does not allow the transmission of the owners photographic instructions for entry
The flat was great, it had all one needs for a short stay. Highly recommended!

8.0Convenient location close to all amenities. Tea, coffee, milk and a lovely packet of biscuits provided on arrival. Hosts also arranged early check in and the coffee machine and pods was a nice touch
− Couldnt undo windows in lounge, not sure if secondary windows opened or not?
