9.0Ήταν πολύ μεγάλο το σπίτι, αρκετά άνετο κοντά στο κέντρο και με πολύ καλές παροχές .
Ένα μικρό συμπαθητικό κατάλυμα κατάλληλο για νεαρό ζευγάρι μόνο.
8.0− Η μη ιδιωτικότητα των δωματίων. Η μία κρεβατοκάμαρα ήταν μεν απέναντι από την άλλη σε απόσταση 6 μέτρων περίπου απλά ήταν στην κοινή θέα αφού δεν υπήρχε διαχωριστικό ανάμεσα τους και για να ντυθεί κάποιος έπρεπε να κατέβει στο μπάνιο. Επιπλέον δεν υπήρχε μπάνιο πάνω στις κρεβατοκάμαρες επομένως έπρεπε κάθε φορά να κατεβαίνεις κάτω με τη σκάλα.
