3.0It was close to the beach, restaurants were easily accessible. Some activities to do but quite expensive
− I booked from booking.com thinking I was booking a room from Lotus Desaru Resort, claiming free cancellation. But upon booking it turned out to be an airbnb, stating I an unable to cancel this reservation. The apartment was in a bad shape, especially the toilets super dirty and the water doesn't drain properly causing the toiler floor to feel "flooded" all the time. We even came across a cockroach in one of the toilets. It was so bad we almost wanted to book another hotel but decided to bear with it. Booking.com should not allow airbnb to post here cos it is very misleading.

Better to book directly with Lotus.. not booking.com
7.0Facility in Lotus, restaurant n all staffs good
− The host abit stuck up.. stayed two nights but refreshment items given for just 1 day. When asked, sarcastically said not available. Staying units belonhlgs to individual owners like the unit I booked in Booking.com hv setbacks... no pool towel, no breakfast n no towel at splashpark too.. Next time prefer to book direct to Lotus.
