1.0The proximity to transport to the hospital that was the reason for my visit
− The guests in the 1st floor apartment were so noisy at night that it was impossible for me to sleep. I reported their behaviour to the property managers but nothing changed. I felt frightened at times as there were people coming and going right outside my door. The apartment has a damp smell and of drains

Decent Location, But Lacking Comfort
6.0Location is good, walking distance to the city centre with many good dining options.
− The property could benefit from some maintenance. The strong sanitizer smell from the toilet was quite overpowering, and the compact sink and limited space made it uncomfortable to use. The cupboard was poorly maintained, with broken hangers. One morning around 6 a.m., there was significant noise from trash trucks collecting bins located directly behind the bedroom wall, which disrupted our sleep though thankfully, this didn’t happen every day. Overall, the stay had potential but fell short in terms of comfort and maintenance.

− Very hot (was very hot outside 30C), hard open the window due to first floor and traffic, You see in to the room from street.
