Good apartment, but located on a steep hill.
8.0The apartment was spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was comfortable.
− We weren't made aware that the apartment house was located near the top of a steep hill. The climb, in the hot and humid weather, was very difficult. With groceries or packages, we had to hire a taxi. The bed pillows were large and hard. Not comfortable at all. Since the owner/host lived in the same building, it would have been nice to have him be a little more personally involved in the rental. For example, welcoming us. Or checking in with us to see that we were comfortable. Or personally coming by the apartment just to say hello.
This apartment has all you need for your stay and close to airport.
8.0The apartment was nice and close to the airport (10-15 minutes). The youtube video of the driving to get to the apartment helped alot, because the turns are a bit quick and sharp and up hill. The tv and couch was good . The reverse osmosis water was great. Thank you.
− I went out on the balcony in the morning to have coffee and realized within 5 minutes I had 10 mosquito bites. I was unaware, so from then on I stayed inside and did not use the balcony. We arrived after dark so we used our phones on the outside key pad to access the keys to the apartment. The stairwells and parking garage have motion sensors so pay attention or you will be in the dark. We saw another tenant in the parking garage re-set the motion sensor so from then on we knew how to not be in the dark in the parking garage. Also there are two parking garages and the spot for this apt is in # 2 but the push key to open the garage battery was dead so we used the outside keypad to access and also no sensor when your leaving the garage so be quick or the gate will close on your car. The traffic in the morning and evening is heavy so plan your exits through the main part of town.
Good location to city and shopping mall. Nice harbor view from the room.
9.0Room was very clean and tidy. It was big enough for 3 of us. We enjoyed the view from the swimming pool.
− Roosters were noisy early in the morning(I. Know It’s not the problem of the property)
