Great stay with worst host experience ever
5.0− Host response is awful, I don’t know how this guy still managing this. Zero communication and no response for my deposit until now, it’s been almost one month, texted multiple times but no response. Booking.com can you please look into this matter and help to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

6.0The location near to pasar and some of the amenities like fridge and the kitchen. It is presentable although considering that it looked clean
− Unpleasant smell of the pillows.. owner should change to new pillows already. Strong smell of cigarette smoke comes from one of the toilet, the one that near the kitchen. The WiFi is a bit slow in some areas of the house.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Mossy Forest Retreat House with our whole family. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax and spend quality time together. One of the things we appreciated most was the free WiFi and Netflix access. Instead of rushing around, we enjoyed cozy family time indoors, watching movies and shows together. The internet connection was stable, and the entertainment options made our stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a great retreat for families looking to unwind and create meaningful memories. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future.
