Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen.
3.0Die Unterkunft war gut gestaltet und hatte beim ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Das Bad sah auch sehr schön aus
− Jedoch war die Unterkunft sehr dreckig. Auch nach Rücksprache mit dem Anbieter war zwar eine Putzkraft da, die aber nur die Küche gewischt hatte. Die restlichen Räume in der Wohnung hatte die Putzkraft nicht gesäubert und hat die Wohnung verlassen. Auf dem Boden in der gesamten Wohnung waren Schuhabdrücke, so als hätte man nach einem Regen mit nassen Schuhen durch die Wohnung gelaufen. Dies kann auch nicht nach dem putzen entstanden sein, da auch dreck am Boden fest saß. Zudem war, nachdem man das Couchbett zu geklappt hatte, staubbälle zu sehen. Bei Ankunft war das Couchbett zum schlafen bereit gestellt somit auch aufgeklappt. Letztendlich wurde uns nach mehrfacher Kommunikations versuchen nicht weiter geholfen und wir mussten die Wohnung selber staubsaugen und wischen. Seitens des Anbieters gab es zu meiner Reklamation keine Antwort und auch keine Rückerstatung oder eine Entschuldigung.
Wir waren froh, dass wir nur zwei Nächte dort waren. Wir haben den Vermieter nach unserem Aufenthalt kontaktiert. Dieser

− Sehr dreckig. Wir wollten kaum unsere Schuhe ausziehen. Einrichtung wir Küchen und Duscharmaturen, sowie Möbel waren kaputt.
