Absolutely brilliant
10.0Fantastic location, only a few minutes from the beach (if you take the steep steps! A bit more leisurely hill available!). Lovely flat with plenty of space and well equipped for a family, we could cook properly and wash our beachwear. Owners responded to messages quickly and were very helpful. Everything was clean and tidy, towels were provided, lots of windows so it was really light and could be aired out well.
− There were only 4 chairs at the dining table, there were also 2 bar stools but they were a bit tricky to perch at the table. It's a top floor flat with no lift, not an issue for us but would be difficult for people with mobility issues.
Wonderful apartment, really lovely and would definitely stay there again.

8.0Location is brilliant, parking is tight however street parking was an option too.
− Small maintenance jobs required, hole in Lino. Wig shad not been hoovered with lots of crumbs and bits down the side. Headboard was loose.

10.0The apartment is lovely, the location is spot on The staff where extremely helpful throughout and it been a no pressure vacation which is always a bonus. The views from sandmartin are exceptional.
− A few things in the apartment are broken which didn't affect our stay but would say need looking at eg. broken coat rack, blinds in bedroom
