8.0L’appartamento è nuovo, curato e funzionale. Posizione ottima, sia per raggiungere il centro che la fermata degli autobus che portano alle spiagge di Sirolo.
− Manca aria condizionata. Lo staff dell’agenzia poteva dare qualche indicazione in più. L’alloggio ha un parcheggio. Noi la seconda macchina l’abbiamo dovuta portare al parcheggio vicino a pagamento , poiché in strada sono tutti con sosta massima 90 minuti. E’ un terzo piano senza ascensore

6.0Comodo e vicino la centro, appartamento grande e stanze spaziose. 1 posto auto comodo sotto il condominio
− Abbiamo avuto qualche inconveniente con l’agenzia: abbiano atteso 1 ora e mezza in fila presso per il ritiro delle chiavi e per il pagamento, nonostante avessimo già fatto il check-in abbiamo fatto la stessa attesa di chi invece non lo aveva fatto! Inoltre alla consegna delle chiavi non ci è stato detto che l’appartamento si trovava in ZTL pertanto abbiamo avuto difficoltà a raggiungerlo e non ci hanno dato le specifiche corrette per il parcheggio dell’auto!! Arrivate in appartamento non tutti o letti erano fatti… solo 4 su 8 di cui due divano letto che abbiamo dovuto aprire noi e farci il letto.

6.0Great location, just outside the old town. Nice modern furnishings for the most part.
− No air-conditioning could be seriously unhelpful in summer. Lack of basic kitchen fittings - no oven, toaster, kettle. They provide one soap and a single toilet roll, even though there's two bathrooms. No knives. It felt like a nice apartment, but run bare bone. There's also a bit of damage (toilet and shower) which doesn't seem to have been fixed from prior stays (we alerted them and they were already aware). A few in our group found the beds uncomfortable.
