− The building itself is quite hot, one air conditioner in the hallway can’t effectively cool down entire apartment

9.0Modern, clean, very well equipped. Lovely veranda. Very good supermarket 2 mins walk away. Main sites of city within walking distance
− For us ( in our early 70’s) the bathroom set up was difficult. The shower was over the bath,- which was very deep.Some grab handles would help, and a non slip mat. The shower itself is fixed, which made it difficult for my husband , who was taller than the fixing… Small things that could be easily remedied, making this beautiful apartment perfect.

10.0Excelentný prístup ubytovateľa. V predstihu zaslaný manuál so všetkými informáciami, ako sa dostať do bytu, kde zaparkovať, čo všetko je v byte k dispozícii až po tipy na reštaurácie a služby v okolí. Byt má klimatizáciu. K dispozícii je nielen práčka, ale aj sušička. Veľkým bonusom je možnosť parkovania v garáži.

10.0- vstup do domu aj do bytu bol bezproblemovy, vsetko prebehlo na kody, ocenila som, ze sa nemusim s nikym dohadovat, aby ma tam cakal a oznamovat presny prichod - komunikacia s panom majitelom bola bezproblemova - byt bol cisty, pohodlny, plne vybaveny - u mna bod plus za zatemnujuce zaluzie, takze sa dalo super vyspat v tme - nic nam nechybalo, vsetko bolo dostupne a pekne ako v popise a na obrazku - parkovanie super dole v garazi - dostatok skrin, plne vybavena kuchyna - super lokalita, ticha, par krokov od centra mesta, dole v dome velky dobre vybaveny obchod aj lekaren
