6.0i membri dello staff sono tutti estremamente preparati e gentili , lo chef e i cuochi molto bravi e anche le guide incluse nelle visite ai siti archeologici competenti e gentili
− la camera in crociera era molto rumorosa, la pulizia va implementata
Aswan to Luxor 3 day Nile Cruise
9.0The buffet on the cruise was fantastic.with a wide selection of food. The staff on the board were accommodating and were quick to assist when we requested a room change. Our tour operator Enjy, was very helpful and was flexible when we requested an itinerary change.
− The level of English and knowledge for some of our tour guides was limited. However, Tammany in Aswan was very good.
A great cruise. Just the right length. Great guides in each of the destinations. Highly recommended.
10.0Clean with great facilities. Food was good and the staff were very attentive. The tour guides in particular were very good. Afaf in Aswan was great. Muhammed in Kom Ombo. Ahmed was a real comedian in Edfu. And Vina in Luxor. All brought the history of the places to life. I would highly recommend this Nile cruise and its tours.

8.0On the King Tut 3. Tours were really good 👍. Food was good too. We had a water-level room which was great. Obviously small, but had a nice sitting room area. Top deck had lots of seating. Really good 😊
− Main thing was lots of tour guides boarded looking for their clients... but there was no system... took ages to organise, but once organised was great.
Very disappointed. The enjoyment of the cruise was damaged by the disorganisation from the your company.
1.0Nothing. Very disappointed. We were originally assigned to the big ship Magic 2 but our prepaid booking was not found at the reception upon boarding Magic 2. After waiting nearly 3.5 hours, we were then put to another smaller ship Mahrousa, forced to take the last 2 bottom deck cabin rooms next to the fuel room and maintenance room. The tour company never admitted their mistake at the first place without any communication and information to us. The rooms given to us on Mahrousa didn’t meet the promised requirements which we had paid for - there was no patio, no balcony, no pool view, no lake view, no kitchen…. We strongly feel we were misled by the advertisements and the non-delivery accommodation. And the fact we were removed from the original big ship Magic 2 to this smaller ship Mahrousa was a big disappointment as well.
− The disorganisation and irresponsibility from the tour company. We made complaints to them about the difficulties and frustrations we were facing. A one point they stop taking our calls. And until today there is no professional reply from the tour company. A few of the tours were very low quality with tour guide that cannot speak proper English, could not understand us, could not tell us about the historical sites we visited. It caused frustrations to us. There is also tour guide on this trip was tricky with payments, asked us to pay cash to the guide and the guide would pay for our meals on behalf of us. The reason given to us was that cash payment is better than credit card. 🥹
A Great Way to See the Sights in Style
10.0This was a great experience overall. The schedule was well coordinated for the most part, the food was plentiful, and the room was comfortable. The staff was attentive and there was sufficient space and loungers by the cooling pool. We did have to pay for tickets to enter the various ruins and temples, but we were guided through them with English speaking guides. For the early morning tour of the Edfu Temple, we were loaded on horse and buggies, which was a fun way to navigate the morning scene. We liked that Omar and Enjy were easy to reach on WhatsApp and responsive to our questions. Slowly gliding down the scenic Nile was just lovely. As far as the tours go, they varied. The best one was with Nervien, the only woman we had guiding us. She had clear English and did not rush through the information as some of the others did. She checked the comprehension by saying, OK? With a short pause, which is important for a guide in order to provide space for clarifying questions. Nervien also provided some photos to preview what we would see in the tombs and then let us go inside on our own.
− There was no balcony on the cruise cabin, which is listed on the booking website; instead there was a wide window of the Nile. There was also one mishap over the several tours that were included. We didn't meet up with our guide. The company offered a complimentary boat ride to Banana Island on the Nile in Luxor, which was another memorable experience.
