Comfortable room, well maintained and equipped. Hosts were in touch by message in case I had any questions. The provided fan was really useful and very much appreciated in the heatwave!

− Location on a side road was ok, but the road itself was surprisingly busy and noisy with delivery trucks and traffic very early in the morning. Nothing to be done about that but worth being aware of

Jeg likte å leie en leilighet og lage mat selv. Fint og spennende område. Fint bad og man hadde det man trengte. Veldig bra information fra eier. Alle bør ta seg tid til å utforske området rundt Baker street

− Dårlig beskrivelse av ankomst til leiligheten når man kommer med tog til Brighton togstasjon. Leiligheten ligger 11 min gange derfra og nedover trapper. Dvs for gående. Spennende markeder i området. Biler som kjørte forbi hele natten men ikke alle ville bry seg om det.

Simple and comfy easy distance to everywhere we wanted to visit

Great location 5 minutes from train station, short walk to town. Lovely little studio appt Right near shops + local restaurants. Very Well equipped with tea/coffee/cutlery etc. Bathroom nice + clean. Comfy bed. Would defo book again. :+)

− The Only negative thing I could say is it’s on a road so you do get some traffic noise but it’s too disturbing at all. Everything else was Perfect.

The location is great for accessing the city with many bus routes a short walk away. There is a kitchenette, newly refurbished bathroom.

− There's no tv in the room, not much of an inconvenience but remember to bring a laptop if you don't want to miss your favourite program!.

I stayed here during the week for training course, and Millie was incredibly helpful throughout, from parking recommendations to making sure all my needs were met during check-in. The place is very cute, thoughtfully and practically designed, and perfectly located , especially for a solo female traveller. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the high street, buses, and pubs. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, which is rare for me as I usually struggle to sleep anywhere other than my own bed but I slept like a baby here :) Parking in central Brighton can be tricky, as most options are paid car parks. However, there is free parking overnight from 8pm–9am, which made things much easier. I was able to park right in front of the flat to check in and unload my belongings, and do the same again before checkout. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay.

− It might feel a bit compact for a couple who are staying more than a few nights, but it was perfect for my needs.
