Il faut investir et redonner une seconde à jeunesse à cette villa.
7.0Sodwana est une petite ville tranquille bons spots pour la plongée La maison était sûrement splendide il y a 20 ans mais manque cruellement d entretien. Le complexe en lui même est très agréable et bien entretenu. Il y a un club de plongée sur place. La maison est très spacieuse. Elle a une grande terrasse calme sur la forêt.
− L’accès n’est pas facile il faut un 4x4 car il y a du sable mou. Il y a soit une pe te non aménagée soit un très long ponton en bois pour y accéder. Les boiseries et huisseries sont très très abîmés. Certains carreaux de fenêtres sont cassés. Les filtres des clims n’ont pas été nettoyés depuis des lustres, les chaises longues sont sales et seulement au nombre de 4. On ne peut pas dîner en intérieur. Les canapés sont inconfortables. Il n’y a pas de verres à vin. Une partie de la terrasse est inaccessible balisée avec du rubalise car dangereux. On ne peut pas accéder au séchoir à linge. Le bac à douche d une des chambres n’a toujours pas été changé alors que le problème a déjà été signalé.

− The parking was very sandy and a small car could not come into the entrance. There were no signages to say the vehicle must park on the top end far away from the house. We were stung by wasps under the building.Too much of dust from the thatch and we found crawling insects on the bed. The photos looked like the pool was in the yard
