Spacious lodge in a great location

Lovely location at the quiet end of the caravan park with a great view of 2 small lakes from the decking. The lodge was spacious and comfortable with everything you could need for a short break.

− The decking had lots of cobwebs on it, it didn't seem to have been cleaned down for some time. There was only one toilet roll to share between 2 bathrooms. Bedding and towels were not provided in the price.

Loved our stay at Manor Park will be back!

Lovely property perfectly located - this is our second visit

− I think the property is lovely and modern nice comfortable furniture- the only thing I would say is there is a leaking radiator in the en-suite bath room when I stayed a year ago it was leaking at the top on to the floor quite alot and this year it’s still doing same thing. Also double bed is alittle uncomfortable sinks inwards but it’s ok for a couple of days The caravan is also in a lovely quiet location right by the duck pond. Good value for money caravan though!

We liked the caravan as it was quite spacious and was in a nice quiet area.

− The furniture let it down. The sofa bed in the lounge area was very uncomfortable as the middle sagged badly. I tried putting the cushions off the patio furniture underneath which were ok for a while but still not comfy enough to relax. The comfiest seats were the dining chairs! The mattress on the big bed was sagging in the middle and collapsed on the right hand side and you could feel the springs, slightly rectified by putting a duvet on top and then putting the sheet on top to hold in place! The toilet seat in the en-suite needs tightening to stop it moving which I couldn’t do properly without any tools and the controls on the shower in the en-suite needs looking at as they are too tight. The patio furniture was in a poor state of repair and needed cleaning along side the walls of the lodge, the windows and the patio all needed cleaning.

The Lodge was lovely. Just not cared for ,we had to get cleaners in to get the grease from the hob and extractor fan. As well as googleing to get the boiler to work as the instructions were for a total different model. We spent a full morning cleaning the algee and bird poo from the decking with just a broom as a full bottle of cleaner at our own cost . And the mattress in the double room was well worn you could feel the springs ended up putting two guilts on it to help with the springs
