9.0Clean, luxurious condo right on the beach. View to the building pool and private beach makes all the difference. Close to restaurants, shopping, grocery and more. Amazing manger Fabiola so responsive and she made sure to come in person to explain how to access the property and pass the keys.

10.0Excellent location right on the beach, and also had a swimming pool. The penthouse apartment was an excellent size with stunning views from the balcony. It also had everything that one could wish for if one was self catering, a home from home. There is also a Walmart within easy walking distance which had everything that one needed. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception following our departure time whilst waiting for our early evening flights home.
− There isn’t any thing that we could think of that was a negative about this apartment.

9.0It was a beautiful place. Everything you could need was provided to enjoy the beach. We loved the area. The views from the rooms were spectacular!
Departamento muy comodo y bien ubicado pero te cobran extras si llegas pasado las 6 pm a tu llegada.

− No me gustó que me hayan cobrado USD 50 adicional por haber llegado al departamento entre 6 pm y 7 pm...y si me pasaba de las 7 pm me hubiesen cobrado USD 100 adicional por el hecho de esperarme para entregar el departamento a mi llegada. Es decir, si el vuelo llega pasadas las 3 a 3:30 pm...con el tiempo que se tarda en migración, recogiendo el auto de alquiler y llegar al lugar puede pasar las 6 pm...y ahi empiezan los cobros por esperar para la entrega del departamento por parte de la encargada. Yo tengo mi departamento que alquilo en booking en Quito, Ecuador y nunca he cobrado nada adicional ni por entregar el departamento ni por dejarles que se queden unas horas adicionales a la hora de salida. Solicité que me permitan entregar a la salida a la 1 pm, es decir dos horas más tarde de la hora del check out que era a las 11 am, pero me ha dicho la encargada que deje un tip para la persona que iba a hacer el aseo, lo cual no accedí, y salí a las 11 am.... Eso fue desagradable con la encargada.
