10.0Ivan and his wife are amazing people. They helped us with so much and they are very kind. The apartment itself is very cozy and in a very calm neighbourhood. Ivan told and showed us a lot of things on the way from the airport and we learned a lot. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone ever visiting Skopje.

10.0Une expérience pleine de belles surprises, j'ai découvert le grand jardin sans vis à vis, un espace privé pour profiter de l'ensoleillement, un appartement très bien équipé et hyper confortable, des boissons fraiches, du café, des produits du marché local, une ambiance sereine et relaxante. J'ai découvert les chemins de balades, à moins de 3 minutes de la maison. un environnement autant dépaysant que challengeant (multitude de circuits pour apprécier la montagne). La ville n'est pas très loin dès lors que l'on a identifié les différents raccourci. J'ai adoré, le sens de l'accueil, l'intérêt pour autrui et l'envie de bien accueillir les hôtes, alors je vous remercie beaucoup, pour toutes ces attentions discrètes. Merci également pour être venu me chercher sur le trajet : Aéroport- appartement) / A proximité, de ce lieu, vous trouverez un commerce, un restaurant, une fontaine rafraichissante. Je recommande, entièrement ce grand studio avec jardin, et je vous informe que vous aurez la chance de bénéficier de l'attention, de l'écoute, de l'énergie, des petits thés et des superbes glaces à l'italienne" de Ivan et de son adorable compagne de vie. Residencia tranquila en Skopje
9.0El departamento está muy bien equipado, en una zona residencial, muy silenciosa. Quizás un poco alejado del centro, pero nada que una caminata de 20/25 minutos o un taxi no puedan solucionar. Iván nos recibió muy cordialmente y nos dio las primeras recomendaciones para manejarnos en la ciudad. No tuvimos problemas para estacionar el coche.
− Fue un poco difícil para encontrarlo la primera vez, la ubicación de Maps no es precisa.

10.0A very nice and comfortable apartment. Very clean and well equipped. The location is in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The owners are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

10.0The hosts are extremely welcoming people who are very flexible and reliable. The location is in a quiet are very close to the hiking trail. The mountain hike is really beautiful and there is a lot to see. I unfortunate was less lucky to face the majority of the days rain showers, but if you come during warm season you'll definitely have a great time. There is amazing internet connection with a router in the place, so if needed you can also connect to ethernet. The place is ground floor and is equiped with everything you need. I would definitely recommed staying here. Thank you for your hospitality!
− The place is not close to the shops and there is only 1 shop located near by. All the other stores are located at least 15-20 min walk+ you need to climb stairs up and down the hill- this can be an issue if you have knee or hip problems in general. The direct are is quiet but as soon as you go down a bit further the traffick is wild and not many vehicles take notice of pedestrians
