Bis auf ein Paar Details gut
7.0Die kleine nutzbare Küchenzeile mit allem was man braucht (Utensilien). Kleiner Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl. Modern eingerichtetes kleines 1 Zimmer Appartment mit Sitzgelegenheiten (Tisch mit Stühlen + Couch) sowie separiertem 1,40 Meter Bett.
− Unkorrektes Listing: In der Anzeige ist ein kostenloser Stellplatz enthalten sowie der Hinweis auf Kosten (Widerspruch). In der Willkommensnachricht darf man einen Stellplatz in der Garage nutzen (von Kosten keine Rede) es fehlt allerdings auch der Schlüssel zur Tiefgarage. In der Abschlussnachricht wird dann auf die Kosten des Stellplatzes hingewiesen. Auf Nachfrage beim Gastgeber, kann das nicht mehr geändert werden. Booking, wenn das euer Fehler ist, tut dem Gastgeber den gefallen und korrigiert das Listing. Dann hat er weniger Ärger damit Unterkunft: Der Putzlappen in der Küche hat gestunken. Eine nicht angeschlossene Steckdose ist immer wieder runter gefallen. Keine Duschabtrennung. WLAN mit Mobilfunkkarte hat nur an 3 von 5 Tagen funktioniert. Fernseher nur mit Streamingdiensten - schlecht bei nicht 100% verfügbarem WLAN.

10.0Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief absolut problemlos. Er hat uns bei Fragen immer schnell geantwortet. Schlüsselübergabe/ CheckIn liefen einwandfrei. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

BEDBUGS!!! - watch out, greedy and not serious owner with bad communication and attitude
2.0The location, because it was close to the working place
− 1. Communication with owner 2. Cleanliness - I got bedbugs - smallpox from the bed sheets or something else inside the apartment 3. The owner's GREED - the biggest one I ever met on bookings The address from booking was different than the real one and at phone we had a poor English communication. When I need to extend the stay, the owner was making dirty tricks to get more money and he was trying to let me think that is a Booking.com issues. He was even asking me to contact Booking.com to fix HIS PROBLEMS. Here is the trick: he was blocking the dates I wanted and informed me that I can pay directly to him, since "the site is not working". Of course he was asking more money than Booking.com. Since I have a long project here in Frankfurt, I tried to extend the stay and even the apartment was available on site, he refused the extension letting me know that "somebody else will stay there". Same story for 3 days!!! - the apartment was still available on Booking.com, but because I have better prices from Booking.com as Genius level 3, he wanted a better price from others. Short story - greedy and NOT SERIOUS AT ALL OWNER. Lufthansa lost my baggage, so I was 'forced' to use the towels from apartment, since I had NOTHING with me and Sunday was no shop available. Bed sheets and towels didn't looked like new/cleaned so I got some skin irritation and bedbugs bites. I left the apartment 2 days sooner than I paid for and I informed Booking.com about it. He offered to give me on night free for my next accommodation!!! like I will ever go again there
