10.0Foi muito fácil chegar. Ligamos e rapidamente fomos atendidos e orientados. Ambiente calmo e agradável. Muito espaçoso e com tudo dentro. Mercados próximos e também próximo do tram. Ainda com alguns problemas foi maravilhoso.
− Algum lixo foi deixado por outro inquilino penso. Parte da pintura do banheiro está soltando. O metal entre portas do chão do quarto ao fundo está soltando e assim faz barulho ao movimentar a porta.
