− The communication with the hosts was very unsatisfactory. On booking.com I chose the option that said "airport transfer INCLUDED" (not "AVAILABLE", but INCLUDED). The driver messaged me and told me it would be 30€ each way. I was confused and told him I thought it was included, then he stopped responding to me. I sent him several follow up messages, but he just ignored me. So I messaged the host to see what happened, and she said "you told him the airport fare was included, so he is not picking you up anymore". No communication from the driver, no sympathy from the host [see images below]. I sent her screenshots of what my booking said, and she just said "complain with booking.com, not our fault." So overall, the apartment was fine, but the hosts really don't care if you get stranded somewhere, she just said "call and uber or taxi. thank you."
