TVs in each room and it had all the basics that you may need and not far from supermarkets and shops.

− I shared the property with work colleague and having one bathroom wasn’t the best but manageable.

Clean easy effiecent

We liked that all the essentials were there and the kitchen was great. The location was also great

− I sent a message about the issues on booking.com and got no reply so was not pleased. There was several leaks / very damp smell. The room my nephew was in had a leak from the ceiling the rug was soaking and it smelled awful there was also an oven tray collecting water at the radiator when we arrived. There was also a leak under the sink in the kitchen. The tv didn’t work in the bedroom at the top of the stairs and the upstairs bedroom with the double and single. The double bed was extremely uncomfortable. It creaked the entire night even when I was l lying still and I my back was aching in the morning. The property was a great size but could do with fixing these issues or should at least be honest in advance of guests arriving.

Great place, clean comfy & well equipped

− Staff constantly ringing about your booking at weekends & having to repeatedly give information you'd already given them. I had to get someone out to make up 2 beds & bring towels for 2 guests that had already been agreed. But mostly the constant phone calls about the booking. Never had that from any booking before on here
