2.0We liked that the location was close to the park and places to grab breakfast sandwiches and coffee.
− The water to bath in was cold. We had two days where we could barely bathe because of this. We reached out during our stay and the issue wasnt fixed. I requested a partial refund post our stay and have never heard back from the host or the manager. I would not recommend staying here because of this water issue and lack of response.

− We had hiked all day at Mt.Rainier. We never heard from booking .com or host about property info like code to house. It was late around 9 or 10. I messaged the host no response. I tried to call the host but it was not set up. I tried to call booking . Com and it took me forever to find a phone number to talk to a real person . It was dark and I went to the area and couldn’t find the house. Luckily a neighbor came out and said that fenced house is the only vacation rental. We opened the fence and the address was on the house. We did not have the code and couldn’t get in the house. The first time I called booking. Com they said they would contact the host. They would email me which they said give them 45 minutes. Then they sent me an email that I didn’t try to contact host. I sent email back they lied I did message and try to call the host. I called booking. Com again different person and told my story again. Finally they sent me the code! Final note find out code day before you need it!! The Host did text me next day and said he said messages were sent and sent copies. I said I never got them. He said check your junk not there. Finally the next day I received the emails. He said it was booking.com fault they must have had a glitch. He let me stay later but we had to leave early.
It was good. Was a lot more expensive then other places in area
6.0The hot tub was nice and the washer and dryer. The home was clean and newer.
− When we arrived i had to unload dishwasher. Some dirty dishes in cabinets. Had to line trash cans. Was asked to roll trash bin out to curb and bring back in. When on vacation you don’t want to start it by cleaning. The kitchen drawers had no handles so a little hard to open The gate you had to open to park was a little annoying. The upstairs bed was very hard. The kitchen was missing things. No can opener, no pan to reheat things in oven. The grounds of the property not shown in pictures had a lot of over growth(i posted pictures) so lots of bugs. Def make sure you close door when going in and out At almost 400 a night I would have picked something else.. Go to grocery at the gas station a half mile father. More options and better pricing. Or pick up food and drink before you arrive
