2.0The apartment is almost new. Good distribution and within Casares Golf complex
− In the Booking page it clearly says that there is a free parking in the complex...and we could not use it. It says also that there is a swimming pool....and we could not use it neither. They offer the keys to go to another pool from a different block , but not the one in the pictures (block 16). Eventually, and facing this big drawbacks, the agency said that there will be a discount for this inconveniences.... and again, no discount has been applied. So we pay almost 1300 EUR for an apartment with certain parking and pool, and we could not use both announced facilities...... In my opinion Booking should take ownership on this kind of misleading information because you are paying them for some facilities/services that are not actually offered, and this has a name in the legal world
