− Be aware there are stairs up need to take to get to the living room, large suitcases could be a pain
Although the house was very clean, I feel that the description was very misleading & in a bad area.
2.0The house itself was very nice. The home was very clean and had plenty of supplies for our stay like cooking utensils, extra cleaning supplies, and extra sheets/blankets. The beds were comfortable and each one had protective mattress covers. All the bedrooms had AC units too. However, I did not know it was on the second floor until the day we were to check in.
− The house was not in a nice neighborhood. It felt very dangerous. Parking was non existent! We had to park way down the street and walk back to the house late at night and did not feel safe. There was a driveway which could have fit 2 cars but we had no access to it!!! We were also led to believe that there was a beautiful backyard, but we did not have access to that either! The driveway was gated and locked and our keys did not open it. Although the house itself was very nice, I was very disappointed and feel the price was extremely high for the accommodations and area! We were unable to walk anywhere (including the beach, a store, or transit) and it would not have been safe even if we could have.

10.0A spacious, well appointed and maintained apartment close to JFK. Super comfortable beds, great quality linen and gorgeous relaxation areas which included a lounge area and gorgeous garden area. Location was fantastic. Could easily walk to supermarket and takeout places, beach was within walking distance. Would highly recommend for travellers who need a recovery place after long haul flights. Host Richard was fantastic to deal with.
