10.0Localização, estrutura (prédio novo, limpo, com estacionamento amplo, elevadores...) facilidade de acesso a academia, em frente a praia, o quarto é muitoooo aconchegante, copa/cozinha completa com utensílios, visão para a praia, impecável a hospedagem

9.0A localização do prédio é um ponto positivo, na parte mais tranquila da orla de cabo branco, cobertura do prédio também muito boa, a cama é confortável o ar-condicionado muito bom, o que não gostamos foi algumas coisas do apartamento, poucos utensílios para o preparo de uma refeição, travesseiros desconfortáveis, mas de fato o mais insatisfatório foi o cuidado do apartamento, o sofá estava bem sujo com sangue, paredes bem riscadas, a porta do banheiro com um buraco que parecia um chute. Acho que da pra ter um melhor cuidado para ofertar a estadia no padrão esperado, tirando esses fatores, tudo dentro da normalidade.

− Falta de comunicação. Cheguei e não havia toalhas e nem lençóis para o sofá cama. Entrei em contato, só obtive retorno no outro dia. Se não tivesse conseguido o contato com a recepção, não resolveria. Entrei em contato novamente, para informar que não tinha pano de prato, mas sem sucesso.
