My stay was good, the kids had fun. They loved the pool and the easy access to the beach and the staff was very friendly

− Shower, tv in bedroom not working properly windows also need looking at they were hard to open

I liked the location. That's a favorite among alot of people. The apartment was clean and surroundings.However the host did not respond to any requests I made .I had to go to the front desk for clean towels. You had to book housekeeping services. No one comes as you would expect. Breakfast was ok which was affordable at the restaurant upstairs. On our last day the water was very low. And Ac in the living room kept on turning off. It was very quiet there.

− No housekeeping. No replenish of clean towels unless asked. Host didn't respond to my messages had to go to the front desk. Ac in living room kept turning off . In the bathroom there was a rusty furniture. You can tell this apartment has been built ages ago as some areas was rusty. Balcony door was difficult to close

The room was nice and cozy worth the value for money with beach and pool facilities were awesome.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. We appreciated the layout of the suite as the bedroom area has door where you can close off from the living area. A nice writing desk is in the bedroom The kitchenette was very useful as we were able to prepare our meals and it had all the items that we needed. The shower was actually larger than expected so that was a plus for us. Overall we had a nice stay. The Silver Sand restaurant on the property provides vegan options that was very good as I was concerned about that. They offer great meal options we just had lunch there.

− No complaints really. A larger balcony would have been nice but that is something that cannot be changed. More vegan options at the restaurant by the poolside.

Excellent stay would recommend to anyone

Great location and able to go out for dinner with no pressure. The place was a decent size, bigger than excepted, nice and clean with towels an hand soap and toilet rolls.

− Very difficult to lock the front door although the instructions were easy and actually never managed to do it at all. Takes a little while to get hot water an you have to turn the tap all de way.

Great location.
