Absolutely Loved It
10.0Everything and more
− To be honest we liked everything
Very enjoyable stay!!
10.0Great comms throughout, nice welcome pack of wine, coffee pods and cookies. Beds were very comfortable, great nights sleep. The cottage itself is very tastefully furnished and clean and added bonus is the back garden is completely secure for the dogs/escape artists! Lovely local hotel and very well stocked local shop a few minutes walk which was great.
− should've stayed longer!!

9.0Perfect for our needs
An enjoyable experience
9.0Property was exactly as advertised and has everything one needs for a relaxing break - Would highly recommend. Good communications, support, and instructions provided by owner. The thoughtful welcome pack of; Wine, coffee pods and biscuits is a nice touch, as is the tourist information materials. House is; Clean, comfortable, tastefully finished. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Back garden is; private, secure and a nice, quiet, sun-trap. Village has an excellent convenience store, located a few minutes walk from property. There is one Pub / restaurant which is busy and best booked in advance. Lovely pottery situated nearby in old chapel. Enjoyed our short stay and would readily book again.
− The only, slight, downside is that the showers are lacking pressure and volume - however, in my experience, this can be expected, with properties of this age and layout.
Beautiful cottage in a serene, calm fishing village
10.0Parking was easily accessible from the street or there was a side gate so we could have parked within the property. Our hosts were so communicative before arrival and even gave us great local directions. We really enjoyed the Whitehills Marina, and my family even went crabbing there. Around the corner from the marina is a great place to walk dogs as well as a nice playground right along the coast. The cottage itself was beautiful with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious back garden area.
