A good base for exploration
8.0The room was perfect for a solo traveller: comfortable amenities and well-located to explore the town and surroundings. Good communication!
− There was an issue with the underfloor heating, where the temperature of the room was uncomfortably hot on a few occasions. But Aidan was responsive and helpful with suggestions for managing the temperature and will be investigating what was going on. Hopefully just a single instance of bad luck for me, which on balance didn’t undermine the stay.
Great little place to stay if you're going to be out touring during the day!!
8.0The location was great, a 5 minute drive to downtown or anything else you need to do. ie groceries The parkade was also a very nice thing to be able to use.
− It's tiny but we didn't really spend our time in the room, so it was great.
We were comfortable.
8.0Room was small but comfortable and clean. Also liked the fact it is NO Smoking and NO Pets. Location was close to downtown yet away from the congestion which has become Canmore. Loved the assigned underground parking!!!!
− We would have preferred an Ice Machine on site vs an ATM. Previously there was a question regarding rating Staff, I gave a low rating NOT against any individuals however due to we did NOT see any. When booking this location it is very difficult to contact, both my emails bounced back, I had some pre-arrival questions which could not be answered.
