un super emplacement, qui mériterait un rafraîchissement de l'appartement avec mise en place de clim
8.0Emplacement idéal, à deux pas de la plage. Les enfants peuvent passer du temps dans la piscine en toute sécurité. La situation assez centrale sur l'île permet un accès rapide à Ciutadella, Galdana, et de l'autre coté à Mao ou au nord (Fornells). Tout est à moins de 45 minutes. L'appartement est vieillissant, mais en bon état et parfaitement entretenu et équipé. Le stationnement assure le confort quelle que soit votre heure d'arrivée. Résidence calme, y compris sur la terrasse malgré son exposition côté rue. La cuisine est bien équipée. l'environnement nous a paru très sûr.
− Le gros regret est l'absence de climatisation pendant notre séjour : avec 34 degrés extérieurs, difficile de faire baisser la température la nuit malgré des ventilateurs efficaces. Un double vitrage performant serait également un plus. Nous aurions apprécié un fond d'épicerie (sel, poivre, huile), mais la supérette juste au dessous de la résidence est bien achanlandée, et offre des tarifs très raisonnables au vu de la proximité.

8.0Appartamento grande e con bel terrazzo. Camere pulite. Oltre alla normale biancheria ci sono stati forniti anche i teli da spiaggia cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. A pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Sant Tomas raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.
− Bagni un pochino datati, anche se funzionanti. Non presente aria condizionata ma solo ventilatori (in ogni stanza) Noi siamo stati a settembre e si stava bene ma non ho idea se a luglio e agosto possano bastare.
Apartamento estupendo en zona tranquila con anfitrión de diez.
10.0La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta para descansar y acceder rápidamente a la playa. El lugar es tranquilo, y aunque no tiene vistas directas a la playa, la terraza es muy agradable. El anfitrión (Andrés) fue muy atento con nosotros desde el principio, facilitándonos en todo momento las cosas. El complejo tiene una piscina estupenda para refrescarte despues de la playa; todas las instalaciones están muy limpias y cuidadas, y la plaza de garaje viene fenomenal para desplazarte por la isla sin invertir tiempo en aparcar despues. El apartamento es amplio, las habitaciones dobles grandes, y las camas muy cómodas.
− Por poner algo (pues estamos muy contentos con el apartamento y el anfitrion), quizás sería recomendable cambiar las cortinas de ducha por otro sistema (mampara) para que no se salga el agua cuando te duchas.
