A very comfortable stay close to public transport

The apartment is very spacious and clean and is equipped with many mod coms. It even has a washing machine, a spacious rain shower, and the beds are very comfortable. It was easy to travel by metro to the city centre— but in the immediate surroundings of the apartment there were also grocery stores, and restaurants. Our host Samuel was very helpful and would respond to our queries very promptly. He also arranged a very affordable taxi that would pick us up from the airport and get us to Fiumicino airport early in the morning.

Todo excelente. Departamento cerca del metro, farmacia, supermercado, restaurantes, pizzeria y barcitos. Y ni hablar de la amabilidad de Samuel

Le foto sono realistiche, l'appartamento è interamente ben ristrutturato, si presenta elegante e luminoso. Il check in online e l'accesso con smartphone sono comodissimi, efficienti, permettono completa libertà di orari. L'host Samuel si è premurato di contattarmi con anticipo, di fornirmi tutte le istruzioni necessarie e di rispondere alle mie domande, sempre con cortesia. Ho apprezzato molto anche di aver trovato delle brioches e il caffè. La posizione è ottima, vicina alla metro ed ai servizi (c'è un supermercato sulla stessa piazza, vari negozi e pasticcerie).

− Innanzitutto quando siamo entrate in cucina c'era un cattivo odore, come se non fosse stata ben pulita. Noi eravamo in 5 ma la casa non era preparata per tutti/e: mancava un set di asciugamani, c'erano solo 4 sedie in cucina, mancavano delle tazze e uno strofinaccio almeno. Non ci sono appendi abiti a muro nella casa, sarebbero utili per giacche e asciugamani. In bagno ce ne sono solo un paio fuori dalla doccia ma non davanti alla porta, quindi inutilizzabili. La porta della doccia non scorreva bene, sembrava rotta. Aumenterei la pulizia delle stoviglie e della rubinetteria, ed anche il balconcino era sporco, un peccato viste le belle e miti giornate. Insomma, questo appartamento ha molto potenziale, ma dovrebbe essere curato di più.
