8.0Very comfortable, with everything you need to hand and convenient location to beach and central Tynemouth, as well as local Co-op, Deli, coffee shops and restaurant's/ bars. 15min walk to the Metro to travel into Newcastle too.
− Parking permit is available to use, but parking wasn't easy by the cottage, particularly if you have a large car. Alternative locations are available, with not too far to walk, but timing is key to get a spot. Having said that we didn't use the car much once we arrived.

Exactly what we needed
9.0The location was great, so close to the beach yet very quiet. The cottage was very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and stylishly decorated and furnished. Communication from Vikki was excellent and the personal touches, such as the postcard and consumables were really appreciated.
− Probably a personal thing but we didn't find the sofa very comfortable and it was a race to sit on the lovely chair with footstool!
Really enjoyable weekend in a lovely cottage.
9.0Beautiful cosy cottage in an excellent location. Very clean and well equipped. Felt very homely. Toiletries were a nice extra touch. Great communication from host.
− Bedroom 1 is a bit tight to get round the end of the bed due to the sloping roof.
