1.0− we were not able to stay at this place. the day after i booked, i realised i needed to move the booking by 1 day. i contacted the host, their management agency and bookings.com many, many times over the next 2 weeks. I got poor answers from everyone, except 1 bookings.com agent who helped me in the end, so i thought. the reservation date was moved i got a confirmation email, but on the day of the booking i was told there was no booking and waited around for more than 2 hours while they supposedly tried to sort it out. in the end i did not stay there. i did not want a refund at any stage, just a changed night of stay. this was poor service ALL around.
