Not as it should be.
1.0Peppers is a lovely complex to stay at. To put my review in context, we were informed on the day of flying up, that damage to the property occurred in December 2024 and that unfortunately, the plastering wasn't finished and so the penthouse wasn't able to be stayed in. What angered us, was that our money was taken 1 month before, in April, but we weren't informed at all that damage had occurred and that there was a possibility that the unit would possibly not be available. While best of Magnetic found other accommodation for us, and gave a refund on the difference and provided a beautiful goodies "compensation/soothe the disappointment" package, you are still left annoyed that the penthouse, a luxury that you've saved for and looked forward to, was not what you're staying in and that you weren't kept informed.

Fantastic location and very nice unit with plenty of space for everyone.

− There was several things not working - The coffee maker milk frother, the microwave and so many down lights didn’t work making many areas dark - the ensuite, the spare toilet, kitchen. I think probably 1/4 of all down lights didn’t work.
Good to know
