10.0広さと清潔さ、静かな場所にあるが交通の面ではトラムもSバーンも近く立地は良いです。 オーナーのマイケルさんもとても親切でシャワー排水の詰まりも直ぐに解決してくれました。 誠意と思いやりに溢れたオーナーです。 ベランダで飲むコーヒーやビールは美味しかった！
− 確かにダブルベッドがWの様にヘタっており寝るのにちょっと疲れる。 鍵についてですが、日本人の感覚で開けようとすると難しいです。開けられなかった時も丁寧にマイケルさんから連絡がありコツが分かりました。

9.0Sehr gute Lage, ruhig und doch zentral. Gepflegte Einrichtung, alles sehr sauber. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter.
− Das Sofa war für uns nicht bequem…. Mehr als Ablage geeignet.

9.0Die Lage ist perfekt, um Leipzig zu erkunden, in einer Seitenstraße der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und gemütlich, super ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen und hat einen schönen Balkon. Direkt im Haus unten gibt es ein kleines Café, in dem man gut frühstücken kann.
− Uns hat Alles gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
