7.0La struttura è in una strada poco trafficata, quindi silenziosa. Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, moderno e completo di tutte le attrezzature (cucina, bagno, ecc.)
− Purtroppo all’arrivo la struttura era totalmente impregnata di odore di fumo (non solo di sigaretta), odore che non è mai completamente andato via per tutti i 4 giorni di permanenza, pur tenendo le finestre costantemente aperte quando possibile (l’appartamento è a piano terra, senza inferriate, quindi si può aprire solo se presenti in stanza).
