Great place to stay

The caravan is so homely. We have stayed here twice now and hope to stay again. The bed is very comfortable and everything was clean on arrival. The added extras of DVDs and games are lovely and the two loungers for outside are a great plus. It's in a lovely peaceful spot on Ladram with a great sea view.

− There isn't anything that we don't like about this caravan.

De accomodatie was zeer netjes, vrij modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat wij heel fijn vonden was de aanwezig van een wasmachine en een smart tv .De toegang vanaf het park voor het South West Coast Path was ook heel prettig. Prachtige wandeling gemaakt naar Budleigh Salterton, via Otterton weer terug( circular walk, ongeveer 12 km). Voor de wandeling de andere kant op naar Sidmouth was het pad vanaf het park afgesloten.

− Geen privacy, de caravans staan heel dicht op elkaar. Voor ons was het geen probleem omdat het geen vakantie periode was en dus niet druk en maar voor 3 nachten was. Het is echt een park voor gezinnen met kinderen.

The location, despite being surrounded by a park full of similar-looking caravans (made the initial finding a bit difficult) was super serene. There are lovely hikes along the cliff edge; the washed stone beach was a bit hard on my ankle, but worth every awkward step (beautiful sandstone formations right THERE(. The caravan itself was cozy, even on those super-windy days we had, even without adding heat.

− The window to the smaller bedroom didn't close well; the gate always kept scraping on itself and not closing (or opening easily). There has been a shirt left in the washing machine (that had gotten musty), and I found confetti and some broken jewelry under the beds. I also found that having to chase around for bedding for another BnB guest (who never showed up anyway) annoying on a first evening of settling in. I get that the hosts had spare bedding for guests in place if the guests couldn't bring their own (though we were told we would have to), and that is a nice plus because "Life happens". It would have been nice to not have to go into full search mode after a long drive and trying to get set up.
