10.0The place was very clean. I never met the host because the instructions for checking in and out were excellent. Nothing against the hosts, I am sure they are lovely people, but my preference is to unlock the door and when I leave lock it, everything is great and there is no reason to ever talk to the host. That is exactly the way this went down. I didn't have time to use them, but there is a hot tub and the host had yard games, fish poles, water sport equipment and what you need to roast marshmallows or whatever available. I was there to fish and it was very convenient to be able to park my boat and car in the driveway. Much more secure than the gravel lot across the road a quarter mile away.
